Snowden Bridge HOA

Snowden Bridge HOA Structure

Snowden Bridge has five homeowner associations – one master association and four sub-associations.

The name of the master association is Snowden Bridge Community Association.  The names of the sub-associations are Diamond Valley Community Association, the Ramie Corner Community Association, Snowden Orchard Community Association, and Hiatt Landing Community Association.

All houses belong to the master association as well as the sub-association of the section where the house is located.  Participation in and payment of dues to both associations is mandatory.

Snowden Bridge Community Association

The Snowden Bridge CA is responsible for managing the main community amenities such as the clubhouse, courts, pool, gazebo, playground, dog park, etc.  Snowden Bridge CA is also responsible for managing the landscaping along Snowden Bridge Blvd.

HOA dues for Snowden Bridge CA are:

  • All homes: $97/mo

Snowden Bridge CA is managed by CMC Management.  The Residence Club and community manager can be reached at 540.723.4676.

Diamond Valley Community Association

The Diamond Valley CA is responsible for the maintenance of the Diamond Valley section of Snowden Bridge.  Diamond Valley is the first section that was completed in Snowden Bridge and was developed roughly between 2008 – 2016.

HOA dues for Diamond Valley CA are:

  • Single-family homes: $56/mo
  • Townhomes: $68/mo

Diamond Valley CA is managed by CMC Management.  The community manager can be reached at 540.723.4676.

The trash collection provider for Diamond Valley is RWB Disposal.

Ramie Corner Community Association

The Ramie Corner CA is responsible for maintaining the Ramie Corner section of Snowden Bridge.  Ramie Corner is the second section that was completed in Snowden Bridge and was developed roughly between 2014 – 2019.

HOA dues for Ramie Corner CA are:

  • Single-family homes: $56/mo
  • Townhomes: $68/mo

Ramie Corner CA is managed by Sentry Management.  The community manager can be reached at 540-751-1888 Ext. 56626.

The trash collection provider for Ramie Corner is Republic Services.

Snowden Orchard Community Association

The Snowden Orchard CA is responsible for maintaining the Snowden Orchard section of Snowden Bridge.  Snowden Orchard is the third section that was completed in Snowden Bridge and was developed roughly between 2018 – 2024.

HOA dues for Snowden Orchard CA are:

  • Single-family homes: $56/mo
  • Townhomes: $68/mo

Hiatt Landing Community Association

The Hiatt Landing CA is responsible for maintaining the Hiatt Landing section of Snowden Bridge.  Hiatt Landing is the fourth section of Snowden Bridge and is currently under development.  The first sales in Hiatt Landing started in 2024.

  • Single-family homes: $56/mo
  • Townhomes: $68/mo
